It seems a matter of faith that outside of the Designations of Origin (DOs) it’s very cold. However, one thing is to accept the undeniable value that their vigor has acquired, and another is that they exhaust the possibilities of wine and its market. The DOs have undoubtedly reinforced the message of wine but have not exhausted it; to the point that today, often, only from outside them can certain adventures be proposed, and only from the outside can the precariousness of some of the conventions they handle be clearly seen.

More and more rebellious wines seem to defy the norms of the market and create their own paths. There are increasingly more “disqualified” ones who invent their own competition and inspire a growing audience.

Creating from freedom, unleashing passion and creativity in the vineyard, in the winery, or in the glass is one of the most beautiful imperatives that can be thrown at those who, even being small, are willing to break barriers and serve as inspiration.

Would you be willing to take the step towards a project that’s truly yours?
